NextGen Edutainment Private Limited ("Company"), operating under the brand name "Gaminzo," provides a 100% skill-based gaming platform compliant with Indian laws, including SEBI, RBI, and the Indian Gaming Act. This refund policy outlines the terms under which users may be eligible for refunds. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

  • No Refund Policy: Gaminzo follows a strict No Refund Policy for all entry fees, participation charges, and in-game purchases.
  • Non-Refundable Transactions: Any losses incurred during gameplay are the sole responsibility of the user, and Gaminzo is not liable for any refunds.
  • Game Outcomes & Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as per game rules. Gaminzo reserves the right to withhold prizes in case of rule violations or fraudulent activities.
  • Failed Transactions: Refunds for failed transactions will be processed only after verification with payment gateways and banks.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Refunds are only permitted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Errors:

If a user’s payment is deducted, but the entry is not confirmed due to a technical glitch from Gaminzo’s side, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

  • Game Cancellation by Gaminzo:

If a game is canceled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, only the entry fee will be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided.

  • Incorrect Deduction:

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, the additional amount will be refunded.

  • Unauthorized Transactions:

If a payment is found to be unauthorized or fraudulent upon proper verification, the Company may process a refund.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds are NOT permitted under the following conditions:

  • Voluntary Exit: If a user voluntarily exits a contest after paying the entry fee, no refund will be provided.
  • Losses in Gameplay: Any losses incurred during participation in any game are not eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Full Seat Participation: If a game does not reach the required number of participants, Gaminzo reserves the right to adjust the prize distribution.
  • Prize Adjustments: If a game does not reach full occupancy, Gaminzo may adjust the rewards or cancel the game, in which case only the entry fee will be refunded.
  • User Violations: If a user violates any terms and conditions, fair play policies, or is found engaging in fraudulent activities, no refund will be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME & METHOD

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway, banks, or financial institutions.

6. GAME-SPECIFIC REFUND TERMS

A) Stock Market Gaming Quiz

  • No refund for entry fees.
  • Refunds are permitted only if the quiz is canceled by Gaminzo.
  • Prize distribution is based on user rankings and performance.
  • If the required number of participants is not met, Gaminzo reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest.

B) Free Spin & Earn Coins

  • Free-to-play; no refund is applicable.
  • Coins earned are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.

C)Paid Spin Champ

  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of a technical error affecting participation, the user may be eligible for a refund.
  • If the required number of participants is not met, Gaminzo reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest.

D)Fantasy Cricket Sport

  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • If the match is canceled by the organising sports body, the entry fee will be refunded.
  • If the game does not fill the required number of participants, the prize distribution may be adjusted or canceled, with only entry fees refunded.

7. RIGHTS OF GAMINZO

  • Gaminzo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any game due to operational, technical, or legal reasons.
  • In case of suspected fraud or misuse, the Company reserves the right to with hold or cancel refunds.
  • The Company holds the right to change this refund policy at any time with or without prior notice to users.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • Gaminzo reserves thAny disputes related to refunds will be resolved as per the arbitration and dispute resolution clauses mentioned in Gaminzo’s Terms & Conditions.e right to modify, cancel, or terminate any game due to operational, technical, or legal reasons.
  • This refund policy is governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Gaming Act, SEBI, and RBI regulations.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Bangalore, Karnataka].
