1. Introduction
This Promotions, Gaminzo Coins & Bonus Terms Policy (“Policy”) governs all promotional campaigns, bonus credits, loyalty rewards, and virtual currency mechanisms offered by Gaminzo (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) to Users (“You”, “User”) on its fantasy gaming platform, in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and where applicable, the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and its relevant state amendments. By participating in any promotion, bonus offer, or by using Gaminzo Coins, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy and the Platform’s Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
Bonus: Promotional credits given by Gaminzo, not redeemable for cash, but usable for entry into
contests.
Gaminzo Coins: Virtual loyalty points/currency credited to the user account as part of offers,
contests, or engagement programs.
Promotional Offer: Includes, but is not limited to, signup bonuses, referral bonuses, loyalty
rewards, cashback offers, and seasonal contests.
Cash Bonus: A type of Bonus that may be used only in eligible contests, not withdraw able or
transferable.
Eligible User: A User who meets all criteria set forth by the Platform to participate in any
promotional activity.
3. Bonus Terms
Bonus Usage -
- Bonuses can only be used to join specific contests as determined solely by Gaminzo.
- Bonuses have an expiry date ranging between 7 to 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or converted into cash or Gaminzo Coins.
Eligibility -
- Only verified users (KYC complete) are eligible for Bonus offers.
- Bonus offers are subject to one-time eligibility per user, device, IP address, or household.
Cancellation -
- Gaminzo reserves the absolute right to cancel, reverse, or deny Bonus credits at any time
without prior notice under various circumstances including fraud, multiple accounts, or terms
breach.
4. Gaminzo Coins Terms
Nature of Gaminzo Coins
- Gaminzo Coins are virtual, non-transferable, non-redeemable tokens and do not hold any
monetary value.
Earning & Expiry
- Users may earn Coins via participation, referrals, or campaigns.
- Gaminzo Coins expire after 90 days unless stated otherwise.
Usage
- May be used for discounts, unlocking non-cash contests, or redeeming offers. Applicability is at
Gaminzo’s sole discretion..
5. Promotions Policy

- All promotions are offered at Gaminzo’s sole discretion and may be modified or
discontinued at any time.
Participation Rules
- Promotions are not gambling and are based on skill, compliant with Games of Skill
exemption.
Abuse & Fraud
- Gaminzo may forfeit credits or prizes in case of abuse including bots, scripts, or law
violations.
6. Rights & Control of Gaminzo
Absolute Rights
- Gaminzo has absolute rights to modify, suspend, or reset bonuses, coins, contests, and user
eligibility.
Dispute Resolution
- Gaminzo’s decision is final. Legal jurisdiction lies with courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
7. Limitation of Liability
Gaminzo is not liable for technical errors, force major delays, or loss of bonuses or Coins.
8. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by Indian laws under the IT Act 2000, Indian Contract Act 1872, and Gambling Act 1867 where applicable.

Gaminzo may amend this Policy anytime. Continued participation implies consent.
